Return and Exchange Policy
Terms & Conditions:
1. Please do not accept if the parcel is unsealed or damaged.
2. Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before handing over payment unless it is prepaid.
3. In case of any defects or complaints regarding the parcel, please contact on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
4. Please note that after 24 hours of delivery no complaint will be entertained.
5. Items offered in Sale and Discount will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
Please note that Learning Is New Fun does not have any return or exchange policy. However, in unavoidable circumstances, Learning Is New Fun will only accept refund/exchange if the customer finds any defect or if the wrong product has been delivered, the customer can contact through WhatsApp and send images of the product(s) to the given contact information within 24 hours from the time of delivery. If the submitted case is found to be genuine, it will take reasonable time depending upon the nature of the case. Furthermore, please note that Learning Is New Fun does not cater to any cash refund policy. Learning Is New Fun will only refund via IBFT or Easypaisa or Jazz Cash. If you choose to claim a refund, we will offer you a refund method and will refund the amount in question within 15-30 days. Refunds will be deposited directly to your bank account or Easypaisa or Jazz Cash, Rs 250 refund processing fee will be charged for all refunds and exchange.
Refund/Exchange will be subject to:
(1) The item being repacked properly, and must be sent to us in their original packing within 3 working days.
(2) The product must be unused. Once our team has reviewed and is satisfied, exchange or refund will be initiated.
